This holiday season we will be hosting our first annual Lineage Holiday Market at our Harrisonburg location, inside the Shops at Agora, centrally located on Main Street. This curated pop-up holiday shop will feature handmade goods and gifts from local artists and makers, running from November 20th through December 24th, 2026.
Local artists can apply now to be involved and sell their handmade goods in our shop. We are looking for handmade stationary, art prints, ceramics, jewelry, fiber and textile accessories, apparel, house wares, shelf stable gourmet foods, bath and skincare products, and other handmade items. All items should be handcrafted or designed by the artist. In addition, if interested and available, we encourage artists to offer tastings, artist demos and other events on select weekend dates in our shop during the market season.
If accepted, your handmade goods will be merchandised and displayed in our downtown shop. You don't have to be there - we take care of selling to customers, promoting, and merchandising your items. At the end of December, we'll cut you a check for your share of sales.

Important things to consider:
- We encourage artists and makers local to the Harrisonburg and nearby Shenandoah Valley communities to apply. If you live outside of the area (such as Charlottesville, Richmond, etc), you are welcome to apply, but if we encounter limits due to space and number of applicants, priority will be given to those living in our local area.
- Artists will be responsible for delivering (or shipping) their items to our Harrisonburg, VA location on November 15-16. Unfortunately we aren't able to cover delivery / shipping costs, so please factor this into your pricing.
- Artists will receive 60% of the retail price, Lineage will retain 40%. This goes towards covering our sales staff time, advertising, supplies such as gift bags and tissue paper, card processing fees, and other overhead costs, as well as a small commission for our work in promoting and selling your goods.
- As items sell, we will contact you if we are running low and need restocks. Artists should be prepared to drop off restocks throughout the 5 week market season.
