Featuring a Bourbon Barrel handle sourced from Virginia's Catoctin Creek Distillery, these oyster knives are made from Nitro-V stainless steel and undergo a custom high toughness heat treat process. Designed with shucking Chesapeake oysters in mind, these blades will work well for any region's oysters.
